Digital Marketing for Golf Courses
Most public golf courses don't have a dedicated marketing person. They have a GM who also handles marketing, an owner who answers the phone, and a website somebody built a while ago.
We do the whole thing instead. Website, search, email, social -- built once, then run day-to-day, so it stays current without anybody at the course having to think about it.
What's included
Websites
Most course websites were built for golfers and then had event and wedding pages bolted on. That's the wrong shape. A golfer wants rates, tee times, and conditions in ten seconds. A bride, groom or event planner wants photos, capacity, and a person to talk to - and they are shopping eight venues on her phone.
We build sites that handle both without either audience getting lost, and that load fast enough on a phone that neither gives up.
Your booking system has been collecting names and addresses for years. For many courses, nobody has ever sent that list anything.
We get the contacts out, clean them up, and put them on a schedule - league reminders, event announcements, the weekday specials that fill a quiet Tuesday. It's the cheapest marketing a course owns and the most commonly and easiest to ignore.
Search
Ranking for your own course name is easy - you already do. The question is what happens when someone searches for a venue in your area, or a course to play this weekend, and doesn't know your name yet.
That's where Clubhouse comes in.
We work out which searches are realistically winnable for your course, then build the pages and the technical structure to go win them.
Social
Posting stops when the season gets busy. That's normal, and it's why most course accounts go quiet in July when the course looks its best.
We keep it running - course conditions, event photos, league results, the work that shows the venue off to someone planning an event or wedding next summer. Consistent, on-brand, and off your plate.
How it works
1 / Audit
We go through what you have now: the site, the search visibility, whatever's in the booking system, the social accounts. You get a plain summary of what's working, what isn't, and what's being left on the table. No jargon, no scorecard out of 100.
2 / Build
The site gets rebuilt or optimized - every page, every URL, the metadata, the structure search engines actually read. Email gets setup and the contact list gets pulled out and cleaned. Your current site stays live the entire time. Nothing changes over until the new one is ready to go.
3 / Run
E-mail goes out on a schedule. Social stays current. Pages get added when needed. You're not managing any of it, we are.
4 / Report
Every month, you get a summary of what went out and what happened - site traffic, email performance, where inquiries came from, how you're appearing in search. Written to be easily understood and actionable.
Not sure where your course stands?
That's what the audit is for. We'll look at what you have now and tell you plainly what's worth fixing first - whether or not you hire us.
